We do our utmost to send your order as quickly and carefully as possible. However, it may occur that I (Jeroen Toirkens) am traveling or otherwise unable to immediately ship your order. In that case you will be notified via email as soon as possible. After complement of your order you will receive an order confirmation and invoice via email. If you have any questions about your order, please send us an email.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied you can return the order undamaged and carefully packed within two weeks. We will refund the purchase costs in case of undamaged receipt. You only pay for the return shipping costs. This does not apply to the sale of framed prints "Framed Prints". These prints are produced, printed and framed on request of the customer. See article: 10.7
